We envision that the new code will be a hybrid, discarding what doesn't work, retaining what does work, updating what needs repair, and then combining these tools with new "form-based" code elements. What aspects of the current Land Development Regulations are not working and why? Can you cite specific examples or experiences that illustrate the problem? (Please, don't impugn individuals. Direct your comments to the code itself and/or the review and approval process.)
